Create the conditions for high-performing teams

We believe that high-performing teams are built on sustainable ways of working, strong feedback loops and a shared understanding of priorities, capacity and demand. Stable, multidisciplinary teams with clear ownership and high trust deliver the best outcomes. Great delivery extends beyond individual teams, requiring collaboration and continuous improvement across the wider delivery landscape.

Therefore, we will establish a regular delivery cadence, use data to understand and manage capacity, demand and flow, and remove obstacles that impede progress. We will create an environment where it is safe to challenge, learn and improve, regularly reviewing how we work and adapting based on evidence. We will look beyond the boundaries of our own teams, contributing to shared practices, communities and improvements that strengthen delivery across DDT.
